Use our Signature Sambal to add some delicious Asian spicing to your fish supper. This is a very healthy, low fat dish that you can knock together in no time.
Ingredients for 2
2x boneless trout fillet
1x pak choi trimmed and quartered
2 tsps Signature Sambal
2 tsps soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
Small bunch freshly chopped coriander
To serve - Jasmine rice
Mix the sambal together with the olive oil in a small bowl and set aside.
Place the trout fillets on a piece of foil large enough to enclose them. Brush evenly with the sambal mixture. Nestle the pak choi in and around the fish and drizzle with the soy sauce.
Carefully close the parcel up leaving a small gap at the top for the steam to escape. Place in a steamer for 15 minutes.
In the meantime prepare and cook your jasmine rice according to the pack instructions (I have a rice cooker which handily holds the rice at temperature until ready, get one too!).
Unwrap carefully and serve with jasmine rice.
