This is a really good midweek supper recipe, easy, tasty and economical. You can change the curry powder to your own tastes but I wanted to stay true to the Ethiopian inspired heat of this dish.
We revisit the shores of Sri Lanka for another wonderfully tasty and easy recipe. This uses our Ceylon curry powder but feel free to use your own mild alternative.
