Malawi Curry Powder

This is one of the hottest powders we prepare, alongside Berbere. Whilst there are cooling spices with the addition of fennel, cumin and cinnamon there are a large portion of dried Birdseye chillies, black peppercorns and mustard seeds contained within. There is still a lovely depth of flavour but if you like heat, you’ll love this powder.

Ingredients: coriander seeds, black poppy seeds, cumin seeds, turmeric, cinnamon, black mustard seeds, dried red chillies, fennel, cloves
