11am Bloody Mary Hot Sauce

11am is a bespoke hot chilli sauce that was crafted in partnership with the good folks and our near neighbours at Silver Circle Distillery. 

They had produced a Black Garlic Vodka and wanted a hot sauce to help make up their Ultimate Bloody Mary Kit and so we embarked on a partnership to create a sauce that would be the perfect compliment to the timeless cocktail. 

We have included that traditional chilli kick but with a fermented edge, as well as the inclusion of a vegan Worcestershire sauce into 11am. It is frankly stunning in a Bloody Mary made with the black garlic vodka, but we have discovered a huge fan base for it as a standalone sauce- hence it's presence here.
