Tabil originates from Tunisia and Algeria and is a blend of coriander seeds (tabil means 'coriander' in Tunisian Arabic), cumin seeds, caraway seeds, dried chillies and garlic. It is often used to flavour lamb tagines.
We recommend using with the aforementioned tagines as well as soups and stews.
Ingredients: Coriander, cumin, caraway, chilli, garlic powder
